Fun with Paint: Big Rigs

Want to do something more than just paint the nursery a single color? If you are a little more adventurous or want something a little different, we have a few ideas for you. It could be something as small as an accent wall or something a little bit more creative. In this first post of Fun with Paint, we are looking at Big Rigs – a new Kids Line collection that is a great transitional room – decorate for the nursery and it holds up through toddler and kid.

We selected a bold blue for an accent wall and the other 3 walls are the punchy green from the bedding. We have taken the road and middle line motif from the quilt and created a bold graphic on the green wall. This room shows the collection on a red crib and with a blue dresser. This is a good opportunity to reuse an old dresser or use a good furniture find that might not be the perfect color.
